The Boer Goats
My adult does have been tested clean for CAE, Johne's and CL through annual WADDL bloodwork. The girls are not registered and considered commercial with the exception of my new junior doe Dotty. I did recently cull Peabody as she had a severe prolapse and the vet advised not to rebred which was a bummer. I did keep her daughter Minnie against his advice. I am hoping Minnie does not prolapse when it is her time to kid in the years to come. I bought a really nice dapple registered buck from Rick Williams for next season but for this season I am thrilled with the 2022 kids my girls produced.
Retaining Velvet and Minny. Wethers were sold or are in line for processing in July. Thank you for all that bought from Helbert Hens this year.
